Wow, now there's a great big lie!! (I'm sorry I mean deliberate attempt to mislead) "when the service has reason to believe false statements are being made" I think they should stick to the "we just post em" approach. There have been some pretty obviously fraudulent releases over BW and I don't recall BW suing over them. If BW is screening releases for veracity then I think they have a legal obligation to do so with a degree of dilligence.
