Individual Investor's chief, Jonathan Steinberg, is Maria's significant other. I would say the chance of the post being a hoax is very small, IMO. Also, I believe that 'Ted David' is absolutely the real Ted David, based on having read a number of his posts on different threads and having corresponded with him a couple of times. Again, IMO. [Edit: Perhaps Ted will give us a thumbs up on the authenticity of Maria's post.]
