Robert,

I don't expect Checkfree to be another National Semiconductor.

CKFR met consensus estimates this quarter. Consensus estimate for June 99 is 8 cents a share and consensus estimate for June 2000 is 47 cents a share. Those numbers look pretty good to me. Sooner or later the rest of the investment community will recognize Checkfree's value.

If CKFR does nothing more than post consensus estimates for the next year and a half, everyone who is holding today will be glad to own it.
