Here is what Golin/Harris commits to do for their clients. Teleservices Internet Group is one. There is more than just looking for someone to buy the stock. Help to mature the company and the buyers will come. Expose the company to the investment world and the buyers will come.

We get paid to produce results, and we expect to be held accountable
for doing just that. So before any program starts, we agree with the
client how its success will be measured. From our perspective, the
more quantifiable, the better. But we don't stop there. We also:

Hold quarterly top-to-top relationship meetings with every
client's senior management to share ideas as to how each side
of the relationship can improve

Conduct semi-annual internal account reviews on all accounts
where the agency's senior management critically evaluates
past and planned programs and performance against the
client's goals

Distribute an annual quality survey to all contacts within our
client organizations which measures our performance on
everything from strategic thinking and creativity, to budget
and project management
