I pick $36.80 as the buyout price and the time as sooner rather than later.

I keep a list of the multiples of revenue, CF, earnings, and book value of all buyouts on MS Access. I'm up to around 500 buyouts so far. And using electronics manufacturers as the industry, I came up with this figure. Though COMS probably deserves a little "glamour" bonus being as how it's broadband and internetish.
