Brandon,

Is the split on May 17th? According to the press release:

Shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 1999 will receive one additional share of Go2Net stock for every share they own on that date. The split is subject to shareholder approval of an amendment to the company's Certificate of Incorporation to increase the company's authorized common stock, which is currently insufficient to permit consummation of the split.

I interpret the above as shareholders on record before market close May 17th will be included in the split, but the split will occur at a later date.

Just curious

Martin
