Agreed. While I like AMMB long term, like you, I will also trade a position as appropriate...until that day.

Sergio,

Rebought BVRTF at 4 3/16 (loaded the boat).
after complete DD, this, imo, is one of the most incredible
buys. It reminds me of an Israeli CMGI.

Earnings last yr .30 cents = PE around 14 for this technology:

bvr.co.il
bvr.co.il
ngcable.com
nexus.telocation.com
rtset.com
brightcom.com

Owns NXUSF, trades on Nasdaq at $3

RT-SET customer's are:

CBS,N.Y.S.E., VH1, Disney, Lucent, MTV,
Universal Studios, Sci-Fi Channel, 3DV, etc.

*INSIDERS CONTROL 60%

Below is summary from MSN Investor:

"B.V.R. Technologies does business in the virtual world. The company makes computer-generated "virtual" studio sets for broadcasters, through subsidiary RT-SET, that can place on-air personalities into live or taped backgrounds. Subsidiary NETGAME develops multiple-user computer games and data-over-cable technologies, with testing underway in Ireland, Israel, The Netherlands, and the US. B.V.R. also owns a 33% stake in NEXUS Telecommunications Systems, which makes low-energy wireless communications and location systems. The company spun off its advanced defense training and simulation systems as BVR Systems in 1998. "

Don't know "when" this will take off- but this is ground floor,
and it will be BIG, IMO.....

Looks like ATPX news to hit the wires shortly. Headline only so far regarding shareholders receiving $14 per share but nothing more.

EDIT >>>>> WOW looks like cash sale of the company for $14 - $17 per share depending on earnings <<<<<<<<< EDIT
