hard to say. some are better for execution...some have better commissions...some are friends...some give me access to hot ipo's...some allow me to trade with more cash than i have in the account at the present time...too many variables. scwabb is probably the best so far...but even they have to jitney through first marathon...so you get a small delay. i think cs first boston just started an internet trading site with low commissions and a guarranteed fill in 30 seconds or something like that. i just overheard that this week...no time to check it out yet.

Schwab is probably OK now because they are the new kid on the block in Canada. Give it time. Why don't you people find a real broker, so you pay a bit more but you'd get the trade done. A $10 stock moves 25c as the discounters dink around, you've cost yourself money.
