* GMGC *- GENL MAGIC $ 4 3/8 - traders are rumored to be heavily accumulating shares of GMGC. Rumors circulating the Street include both a potential takeover by SUNW - SUN MICROSYSTEMS or a joint partnership in a voice e-mail product. MSFT was also rumored as a possible suitor sometime back...with this kind of vol. something's up!
