To my knowledge, VLSI upgraded their San Antonio fab to
0.15 µm process technology and 8inch wafer capacity.
It was on business wire on Jan 22, 1999.

Hiya. Yes, I described a spread. I didn't think it was described as a strangle. Was it? Your scenario is at least as possible. In yours if he thinks the stock will end up in the middle of that range in mid-June, he makes a fortune. In mine if the stock ends up significantly outside the range, he makes a fortune. We don't know for sure, do we? I wish I were rich enough to exercise either strategy. Gosh, I feel soooo poor!
