I think that it should be available at the Mining Recorder, in Royun, Noranda, I don't know the exact name in Quebec, but your local Ministry of Mines, now you should be able to order it through them. It is definitely a gov't map. I don't think Quebec has it accessible over the net. It is a interesting map to see, it can explain more, than posting it on the net. I can check into it tomorrow, if you like?
