The board doesn't own the company and can't make the final determination. The deal is subject to approvals, notably, that of Mr. Balm and you and I. The banks and Lesssslie can't entirely pull this off. Selling FMA's assets for less than $115 million Canadian is stupid. UTI is hoping to buy the Texas Gas operations for less than Fracmaster's debt and then get the entire well servicing operation for free. I call bullshit. I fully expect a flaming response from Mr. Balm in Geneva before morning. This one ain't over yet me thinks. Regards, AL.
