r: I've had no problems during that time with them so far. Actually some of my best trades are playing stocks minutes before close for gap up in the am.

russet, I am not going to claim that they are 100% consistent, but I sold 1000 shares of GLE 11 minutes before market close today thru Investorline. The order was a limit order at $9.60 and placed via their web service. The order was executed (from confirmation of order received to confirmation of fill) in just under 3 minutes.
