Hi teevee,

Witnesses from the two companies will both be considered by the judge to be biased. Past employees, present employees, management etc., are all second or third class witnesses. First class witnesses are complete unbiased strangers, the contract and all verifiably authentic written transmissions between the parties, or from the parties to other parties.

I remember a fight between husband and wife that came in front of a learned judge. Husband said one thing, wife said another. Judge asked the husband how he was so sure things happened the way he said they had. The clincher came because the husband was a good scientist, and always keep good lab notes of his goings on at the lab, and every day made entries in a diary at home as to what was done, what he had to do, the weather etc, etc,. The diary became the witness that confirmed what did and didn't happen on any particular day. True story!!!!!

Paul, have a drink for me,...time for bed.
