I also must state that within all of my research that I have been pondering over the last few nights. I would have to say that AT&T will get this deal done. They are on a roll and have all of their bases covered. On the other side of the coin, COMCAST/AOL/MSFT are all trying desperately to put a deal together. Its just not going to happen, AT&T caught them off guard and now it is to late. JMHO Ron Dior
