Isn't there some kind of axiom in investment circles that prior to the Hambrecht and Quist technology conference you should sell, then buy after it?

Also, I would think that if someone is thinking about buying Qwest, they should do so soon because it is becoming more expensive by the minute.

IF someone buys Qwest, is that the time to sell?
