To answer your point that AAPL can't retain talent, I just caught this: Steve Jobs' job for life (or the interim) You're referring to executive turnover. I'm referring to engineering turnover. There's a big difference. And for Steve to say that there's been "no turnover" in the last 12 months is pure bullshit. People have been leaving the company, maybe not executives, but executives don't develop code and conjure algorithms. To be frank, I'd be pretty skeptical of just about anything Steve says.
