Jens et al: Re: Status of actions First. FSAAA is in the midst of a serious, involved, legal action, and it may not serve the outside shareholder's interests to discuss them prematurely. Second, the situation is "fluid", with the possibility of significant tactical change at any moment. There have always been "alternatives" on the table. Third, although I've had extensive conversations on the daily events, and been performing some "scut work" in support of those activities, I'm not on the front line, hearing and seeing, "first hand". My perception of things could be different from Dick's or yours, even if we heard the same things. Now, that I've set the stage for " it's too early", I'll give a very abbreviated, cursory synopsis of my perception. 1. Cleve is apparently building the necessary road, cobblestone by cobblestone, and when finished, it will be as fine a road as can be built, and ready for "prime" court time. "Points" are etched on each building block. Dick says Cleve is very methodical and unrelenting in his process. 2. AA returns to the deposition, today, for the third day in a row (comprising a total of 6 hours, I believe). 3. Dick Lee will be deposed today. Dick has reams of notes he would like to share with everyone, but I, personally, would be very surprised if Cleve let him post them at this point. ....Hey, I've been surprised before, so stay tuned! 4. There are still a couple of other people to be deposed, and they will probably be deposed via telephone, later this week. It's not much, but the few on the front lines are the best source, and they are still a little busy, and intensely involved, at this moment. This is no game. Give 'em time, please. Best regards, Bob.
