The earnings estimate for next year looks awfully low...

Not that surprising and good for us long term holds I think. The deal with ERICY lit a flashbulb over the Q and obviously had the effect of increased awareness. This particular URL, however, serves to further document the fact that ignorance remains high. In this context I have to say how encouraged I am by the resilience of the share price over the past few trading days. As the investment world starts to get "it" over the course of subsequent announcements, quarterly results, etc., look out. I've been thinking how short a ride it might be to post-split $150 and then $200 and then . . .

michael,

It was interesting to see the Zacks info you linked us to. I looked at a different Zacks feed, the one used by AOL. It still had last week's info and it wasn't exactly consistent with the more current feed you provided.

Even so, the most important issue is that analysts have raised their estimates for FY2000 considerably. Yet they are lower than the current run rate lacking the infrastructure biz. It just goes to show that the analysts really aren't publishing what they think. Instead, they are publishing what they can get away with that shows strong growth without putting their necks on the line.

If those FY2000 estimates don't move strongly upward over time, we are all very, very wrong about this company. And I don't think we are.
