Must jump in on CPU-

they have exclusives with Apple and IBM. Both companies selling well, but CPU is not. There are webpages in Apple Fandom devoted to terrible customer service stories.
macintouch.com

On the AAPL board, we took informal survey of how CPU was doing selling Apples around the country. Mostly service was rated bad to terrible. BBUY was worse, but the salesmen make more selling WINTEL, so...

There is rumor Sears may begin selling iMacs. On-line and catalog sales will eat CPU up unless they can provide customer service to offset their higher prices.

Finally, go to your local CPU. Time yourself- see how long it takes for you to get a salesman to help you select a printer cable, monitor, or any such thing. I have given up on them. On-line is more convenient and informative. Cheaper, too.

It's a fun, homey sort of due dilligence. Mileage may vary, of course.

Insiders have been buying for quite some time, and the price still plunged more than 50%.

Like someone else posted, go to one of their stores and see what happens. Everytime I've been in one, I swear I'd never come back. Maybe you'll have better luck.
