No ... that was not my intention. It was simply to say Kaufman Brothers has NO credibility in my eyes, so I would take anything they say with a grain of salt (and maybe, to be smart, I should assume a position contrary to what they say). I did speak with the company recently. I am optimistic in the long-term that there will be solid growth. In the short-term I don't see how that is going to be possible. Well run company ... but it's in the build-up phase, period! It's hard to demonstrate heavy earnings growth when you're at that point in the business cycle. The private notes issued are a means to secure more financing, without issuing more shares and diluting share holder equity. Debt is debt, plain and simple to me, so we're taking on additional load as share holders. Regards, JB
