Actually, it's been fairly typical of at least one kind of cat of late. It signaled on 4/7 (assuming 5 9/16 was a tick above the day's low of an ask), then failed on 4/15 (which if I understand current tax-loss law, makes sense)--but in a way I would guess I probably would've broken the rules for and stayed in. It signaled SELL on Monday's spike in volume. Given the SELL plus one day rule, it's now one day overdue for dumping.
That's strictly speaking, of course. Scouser and any other holder of CELL would probably find it worth their while simply to have me buy it, then sell it, after which, if my current luck holds, the equity will most certainly become a moon launch.
