I know Bill ... I had read the filings and found where Midland owned CBQI. Plus everything is disclosed, a MM has sponsored the stock, filed the 15c211, its in the comment stage, and awaiting for the MM to be able to quote. I still talk to a lot of the top shareholders that have large positions like me.

We are all hoping it does come up trading. I had written it off until the antcipated ticker was posted.
