Yes, no doubt that makes sense. I guess part of my fascination with MALL/UBID is that, owning 80% of UBID, MALL is valued at less than UBID. And in June shareholders of MALL will receive the UBID shares held by MALL. I guess I shouldn't mention this since I'm hoping MALL will drop back to $25 and I can get some even cheaper.

But, yes, rationally IDTC will retain the value commensurate with the shares still owned of Net2Phone. But I think holders of Net2Phone stock will see the appreciation much sooner than IDTC.

Question: do you think if they IPO Net2Phone that IDTCs price will drop post IPO like MALL and ZD did? I don't mean rational value, but actual price.
