Stephen - My bet is that they will likely make a number of crosses through prearranged trades. It is not in their best interest to up dump them on the market and drive the price down. I really do not think that this is anything to be alarmed about.

They may drive it down a bit as the prearranged trades may be a prearranged price which willentail possibly egtting through a few orders to get to that price as the market is orderly. they could not cross them at $9 if ther was a 1k buy order in at $9.10 - they would have to sell into that $9.10 first and then cross them. some will lilely be sold on the open market.

This does not worry me.
