Paul - RE: "How many hundreds of posts echoed this same thought concerning
Intel, their Pentium II and Celeron and Pentium III pricing strategy?

Have you seen Intel's profits diminish since their Celerons were
introduced - even as they ramped the Celeron from 233 MHz to
466 MHz?"

There is a difference when comparing Celeron pricing and their result, which you are doing, and high-MHz chips potential pricing, which I am doing.

I am asking how will Intel price its high-MHz chips, the ones it gets its profits from, if AMD makes a limited quantity of the same MHz chips. This does pose a small dilemma for Intel, if the situation ever tapes out.

After reading the rest of the posts here, it seems like you have had a change of heart w/AMD. Do you also plan to get in (I got some more yesterday)?
