Good morning Bachman. I haven't had a chance to really run the numbers, so I won't comment on particulars, but I suspect that you are correct if certain assumptions are met. I pulled a $20 premium out of the air, but that may reflect a very low IV, such that a 50% price improvement of the stock may be much better performance than would be expected. (I hope that came out in English!). I think I will go to cboe.com and play with some numbers, and then get back here to see if any of this makes sense. Later ... CTC
