LindyBill, re: Predicting .92 for next quarter, when we had a "pro-forma" 1.20 this last quarter. With the write-down done, I don't see how it will be under that. The write-down is not done. There will be another $100 million in fiscal 3Q. And infrastructure losses will continue up until the actual closing date for the transaction. On the other hand, QCOM will likely disclose a 3Q proforma excluding both of these and this figure should look pretty good (based on 1.7 ASIC btb and 9 mil. MSM's shipped last Q). Jim
