The notice of intent to sell is not necessarily a bad sign. In fact in this case its probably a good sign. Jim Perry told me that there has been heavy demand for shares of GLe by institutions. This may be a way to put them in their hands. Or, it may be a way to put them in Delphi's hands if they want a chunk of the company. I expect GLE to move up on this news.

Ulster - If the insiders did not sell any stock then I would sell mine because this stock has gone up 10 fold. anyone - even if they are the president of the company would only be a fool not to taks some profit off the table.

If the insiders are STOOPID enough to not tale some PROFIT then I dont want my money in a company being run by STOOPID people.

A Form 23 must be filed 10 days in advance of selling by an insider who then has the option of selling any or all of that amount of stock within prescribed time periods.
Sprott Securities has GLE management in town to visit institutions this week and one can surmise that Sprott has seen this as an opportunity to place the stock and promote the story.
Don't forget, Sprott has been on this stock since $2 range based on fundamentals.
