Earlie and All, The Slate's money columnist flames Gretchen's IBM story in today's edition. I don't have the URL, as it is E-mailed to me. The goof bends over backwards to try to prove that Louis's flim flams are good business. Also, he never gets around to understanding the difference between unit sales and dollar sales, or the difference between having an up quarter in pc sales while actually posting a loss. But that is beyond the reach of his wee mind. <g>
