You mean the America where people go at their own expense to help the less fortunate in the world....like "Operation Smile" where medical personnel travel to other countries and fix for free bad teeth and harelips. Or perform plastic surgery or any kind of surgery for that matter, with no reward but the gratitude of the people whom they have helped.

Or the America where always, always there are drives to raise money and goods to help the less fortunate in the world.

Or the America who could have, if she had been so inclined, could have occupied and enslaved the people of Germany and Japan, but who instead helped them to rebuild their economies into some of the best in the world.

Or the America where teams rush to help during natural disasters such as earthquakes or volcanos. Teams who bring search dogs and equipment and supplies.

I could go on, but you get the point.

>>not paying your UN bills,<<

Now there's a US policy I could get behind. Let's kick the UN out of our country. What a bunch of social engineers... sheesh.
