Taken from Raging Bull

Did anyone see the Nightly Business Report tonight?

The CEO from Toys R Us was on and guess what they have decided to create a subsidiary
called Toysrus.com. The CEO also laid out the plan for the on-line services section.

1. Create on-line services division called Toysrus.com (or similar name)
2. Move the newly formed company to Silicon Valley.
3. Look for adequate financing for the company.

Now do we know a similar company that accomplished two of these steps thus far.

TSIG Looks like it is moving in the right direction and next month is blast off time.

On thing Toys R US has that we don't is brand recognition however we have something they
probably don't and that's a well know Internet guru John Hwang (he's our brand name internet
guru :))

Take Care,

Greg

Think of the logic as retailers come to the web and begin listing their inventory for purchase.
Would it not be advisable for them to strike deals with various product providers of lines
offered by them. Would it not be to their advantage to be able to offer the complete CD,
cassette, and DVD product line through an agreed upon deal with a link to the MyMusicCard
site?

Also think of the space saved in the stores if there was a method of providing the complete
selection of the mentioned product line without having to display the individual selections.
The total line could be offered with the display of the ability of purchasing the Card and
allowing the competitive purchase by phone or internet.

The site development and management would also be the other main offering of TSIG.
Hwang will be able to offer the conduit while the linkup would bear the offering of one of their
product lines, audio and video entertainment
