Mike, as an analyst, I will tell you that my focus is on recurring operating earnings and cash flow. What the market looks at is another story altogether. From my analysis it is quite clear that ASND had a very good quarter.

From an analytical perspective, what we like to do is to strip off the effects of Stratus that occurred in the base periods (either last quarter or the comparable quarter last year) that no longer exist this quarter. These effects consist of both revenue and expense items. This is typically segregated in such a way that you will find a section called "earnings excluding discontinued operations". In that way you get an "apples to apples" comparison. Unfortunately, from what I saw, ASND did not segregate discontinued operations, and so it becomes a little more difficult to analyze.
