JMHO but... if AOL decides to go after UMG with Comcast, MSFT will do everything it can to stop it. MSFT sees AOL as the one to stop at this point and they will, with BIG concessions from T, stand with T and their deal. I don't think that there is a chance in hell of MFST and AOL going in on the deal together. Considering MSFT share in Comcast it is unlikely that Comcast can go forward without them behind the deal.
