Curly, you have a funny way of diverting from the serious issues we were discussing. Your last post is nothing short of a "ra, ra, ra", and you can do better. The issue is what should CYMI do with its cash hoard (which it got not so much from stellar earnings, but from the very smart issuance of a convertible debt when the stock was roaring). You say they should buy back shares, I say they should develop a strategy that assures long term growth in the market they are serving, part of this strategy should be broadening their technological base outside of the "light bulb" business. If they do not, the market will rightfully accord them a lousy PSR of 1 or under and a PE of 10, that will put a future ceiling on the stock in the mid thirties to mid 40'.

Two different opinions, I have explained mine, how about your backing yours?

Good luck out there.

Zeev

Curly,

re: "The market price right now doesn't even begin to reflect the true valuation that the stock will eventually be trading at shortly.

Time to go long - big time."

Gee, I wonder what I should do with the cash I'm about to get for my PLAT shares. Unfortunately, I still have to wait a few weeks for it. I almost hope Cymer doesn't rally too quickly.

At least I've got a decent chunk of CYMI already. When I started hearing the book-to-bill and so on, I increased my shares 33%. I've been waiting for this semi-equips recovery so long I can't stand it anymore. Glad it's here.

Best of luck.
