Excellent call so far..Clint Morrison of Kinnard started out by stating " Nice quarter..good revenue"..

-they shipped to 8-10 customers during q1..$300K to Inrange license, $150-200K to "non-SAN", balance is SAN business..$100K sold to Japan

-expect Boeing shipments of approx $1 million in Q2 '99

-"most of the Tier 1's have yet to announce"

-company dancing around forecasting future revenues due to early stage of market and unpredictable customer sales forecasts

- need around $7+ million revenues per quarter to breakeven

- most likely to raise cash in second half 99

- no comment on NMS application..problem in past has been keeping bid price above $5 for 30 consecutive days during application period

- Ken H final statement "We expect to build on our successes the later part of this year"

-lots of questions from representatives( analysts/ brokers) of
Kinnard, Pain Webber, Dain Rauscher, Wedbush Morgan,SG Cowen

I believe 1.1 million was SAN revenue (oem)--I don't think there were ANY Boeing revs this quarter--there are expected to be 1 million in Boeing revs 2nd quarter
