Solomon Smith Barney just raised CDO to a buy with a target of 40!!!
$24 for core business + $16 for PRISM nationwide rollout!!
And that doesn't include CDO Venture:

<<CDO: Outstanding 2Q; Target Price Raised to $40; Buy
Solomon Smith Barney
Tuesday, April 27, 1999
--SUMMARY:--Comdisco, Inc.--Server & Enterprise Hardware
* CDO reported an outstanding F2Q. Revenue was an all-time high at $949 million, up 22%. Excluding previously announced pretax charges for divesting low-margin businesses, net income was $40 million or $0.25 per share, right in line with our estimate.
* We believe the underlying value of CDO's leasing business is worth at least $24 per share. Now, with the Red DSL (digital subscriber line) offering from the company's Prism subsidiary and the rollout plan that was just unveiled, we would add $16 in per share value. Our new price target is $40. Our new financial model with new estimates will follow.
* Our new price target of $40 does not include the hidden value in CDO's Venture Lease business which we project will contribute $100M in pretax income by the June quarter, whether CDO monetizes it or not.>>
