FWIW, Mr. Market typically assigns at least a 40% discount to the value of these things. Take a look at MALL/UBID or ZD/ZDZ if you have any questions on that.

Not sure what you consider significant on the options front. DLIA has 2.6 million of 'em outstanding. Add another 428,000 for the TURF purchase of DLIA shares post IPO and I'm coming up with a fully diluted of 17.166 million shares for DLIA. Divide their TURF holdings of 12.5 by 17.166 and you get .728 of TURF value per DLIA share.

Multiply TURF at $40 by .728 and .60 and you get $17.472 TURF value for each DLIA share. At the curent time it appears that DLIA is overvalued relative to their TURF holdings. The better play for those looking to buy TURF is to buy TURF since the discount will persist for quite a while.

FWIW, Internet stocks trade down quite a bit after earnings season comes to a close. Don't be surprised if TURF checks in again at its recent low under $30 before the Street initiates coverage.
