I'm not sure if selling tens of thousands of stock matters if you have roughly 2.5 million of 'em. I propose a different thermometer.

It seems to me that a CEO would trim his salary in order to reinvest into his shaky company if he thought the firm had a good chance of striking it rich. On the other hand, he might take all he can get now if there's little chance of success.

How has the salary of the top two officers changed over the last few years in comparison to the company's profit curve?

I think that Kim needed to sell these shares as he had loans against them and when the share price dropped he had to sell.

It will be interesting to see who is selling at $.24/share and selling 300,000 plus shares.

In my opinion, and it is only that, someone is manipulating the stock. Maybe Kim needs to sell more or something else but I believe something fishy is going on. Again, just my opinion.
