Amazing how MGR president can be dancing on financing "other situations" and "projects" (note the plurality) and MGR itself cannot finance squat with regards to its own project(s). Sounds like bs to me Dave.

Dave, Since MGR is an established company with a good record, except for items beyond it's control, it can either become a minnow and get swallowed by another predator or it can become a predator and get money and prey upon some weaker companies or it can form some strategic alliances to prevent being eaten.
Alliances are good, as is getting money into the company, getting eaten alive is no fun so I trust that is not in the MGR future?

As to an amalgamation at 20:1 to prepare for an investor and an accompanying joint venture/option agreement ...sounds good to me, anything is better than Mongo hell.
