The same way that you get xDSL, or your cordless phone to work ... a UPS. ;-) I believe that we are quickly approaching the point of distributed power requirements ... many people will argue, no doubt ...

I agree. I think that it will take a lot of effort from AT&T to get the reliability of the cable network up to the standards that they created for the telephone network. I think this is one of the big values that AT&T brings to the TCI relationship ...

Yep ... and it will get even better. As everything move to all digital Internet VoIP then you'll have even more control possibilities ... ;-)
