Bill,

The strangest thing about the Ramboullet agreement
was that it gave control over the entire nation of
Yugoslavia to NATO. Most people don't realize this
but one of the points was that NATO troops were to
be allowed to travel unhindered anywhere in Yugo-
slavia, not just Kosovo. Milosevic would have been
an idiot to allow this being that he is an indicted
war criminal. Naturally, there would have been an
attempt to arrest him. He would have been a fool
to accept that situation. Yet the media, Clinton,
Albright and the rest called it a "peace agreement"
when in fact it really was terms of surrender. Of
course he refused to sign it. He also let it be
known that if NATO started bombing, he would cleanse
Kosovo of the Muslims. NATO planners thought they
could prevent that with airstrikes. They were wrong
and now we are paying for their incompetence.
