Morning everyone....... This is not hype or spam, just a reminder if anyone cares...... Today 4/28/99 is really the last day of record in order to own SHAL shares to qualify for the free dividend in their new spin-off (USLabs)due out on 5/03/99. Let me explain, most if not all brokerages have a three day settlement rule & if you were to buy SHAL on 4/30/99 (SHAL's DOR), your broker will show your date of record as 5/02/99 in which case you'll have to talk to SHAL IR Dept to fix the situation, if they will at all. The reason I'm bringing this to the threads attention is I had to learn the hard way with Waterhose. So with that, I wish everyone the best of luck...... T. :-)
