BII was a small startup company. As every such small startup company, they had trouble finding an underwriter who would finance them for several million dollars. Along comes Yorkton. Even though Yorkton has had questionable business practices in the past, do they have a choice? Not really. Now that BIDS has gotten the recognition and financing that it requires, Yorkton can go take a long walk off a short pier. If you go back about 20,000 posts in this thread you'll notice myself and others questioning Yorktons trading practices even back then! They've always been scummy from day 1.
