Hi Sea Otter-

The actual number of calls being sold is very high. Over 225 contracts for the May 5's alone. This is important because IMHO, the call volume is a better "validation" of news pending than just price/volume. The MM's can pump and dump on us, but they can't control the calls/puts.

So, high call volume to me, says smart money is "leveraging" their buy into GMGC via calls. Lower capital outlay and just as much potential.

If there was very little call option activity..this would stink of pump and dump.

So, it's good.

Hope this helps.

HC

Being the resident Agent guru, I thought you might find this interesting. I saw the announcement and thought maybe GM will be there, and then I looked at the URL.

PS I found this at inf2.pira.co.uk in the middle of the document.

Sea Otter - (or anyone that cares to respond) Would you please check out the insider trading at insidertrader.com or whatever site for insider trading. It seems Stephen Schramm (VP) bought on 4/22/99 at $4.44. That can't be bad (can it?)

Thanks for any input - Good Luck to all
