Be more specific. All what deals? MALL/UBID is an excellent trade and would be worth doing if the borrow were available. As for ZD/ZDZ, tracking stocks are screwy and difficult to make generalizations about. My point remains, the Kahn family is likely to want to liquidate some of its holdings (especially since the old man just died), and it makes no sense for them to sell DLIA when it is trading at a significant discount to its "look through" value.

I think a 15% - 20% discount is appropriate. By that measure, DLIA is still $6 to $8 cheap to TURF. BTW, I used $5/share for DLIA's core business value in that analysis.
