Iridium call from N. Pole was broadcast on NPR Morning Addition this morning. Correspondent Elizabeth Arnold was there as part of National Geographic project documenting NASA work on testing telecomm gear in hostile/remote environment. She was interviewed for several minutes by NPR anchor. Voice quality was quite OK. Iridium phone was credited at end of call.

Thanks for your view on IRID David,exactly the way I feel, I have had that stock in past made $$$$$$, sold when about 67$ and jumped back in when I noticed the price about 17$.. Was hard for me to believe..It is a good reputation co. at least used to be, but now that the "bad seeds"are leaving or fired I am looking for a turn around...I am proud to own it and hold. ps, TO ALL NOW>> about the class actions>>>lol lol..ask one of these lawyers how much you will be getting....not worth your time, but certainly worth the attorney's fee in GOLD!!! (a friend of mine had a loss in the K's and thought he'd get some money back, what a joke... he finally did get a check....wowwwww! about $6... Name me companies w/out having had lawsuits or class actions... I feel this "class action" deal should be investigated by higher authorities... regine
