US analysts will do theirs.

US analysts will/have done their DD. Let me assure you that not a single leading Wall Street Firm will initiate coverage of a nth tier internet stock if they do not see underwriting $$$. A second string firm with no following may initiate coverage.

e.g. look at EGGS.
It wasn't covered by any reputable firm till 2 months back when all of a sudden five firms started coverage. Guess what - all of them got underwriting commissions. Coverage by Louis Riley does not count. BTW, EGGS is a larger company than BIDS but trades at a fraction of BIDS's market cap.
