An average two bedroom place is on what size parcel? 100' of shore line seems small for those prices....wouldn't want to down the neighbor's mosquitos by mistake.

Well, DMA can correct me if I'm wrong. As always in real estate it all depends on location. On some of the Brainerd lakes 100' of shoreline go for half a million. Get more than 3 hrs from the Twin Cities and prices ( though not property taxes ) plummet.
