InfoStream - re: cancellation... that's what I thought. I've come across this reporting problem before, which is why I suggested to you that this may be the issue with your case.

I'm a little surprised that it was a *soes* - are you sure? I can understand an order that's been snet out is not reported as executed, but soes is electronic and really should not be subject to the same reporting path. Does Datek even soes orders? I'd be surprised. In fact I doubt it - due to the 5 minute limitation... they can't be sure that you are not doing rapid trading that would run up against the 5 minute rule in soes.

In any case, calling them is not very practical when you are in the middle of trading, and their phone is busy for 20 minutes anyway.
